*** Must have 3 years of commercial roofing estimating experience and be in the MD/ NVA area***

Local commercial, established roofing company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Construction Roofing Estimator/ Project Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing and managing the entire Commercial roofing job from contract to completion for commercial new construction and remodeling/renovation roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.

 Work calmly under deadlines and pressure, ensuring tasks are completed

efficiently.

 Analyze contracts to ensure scope of work is accurate and pricing is secured.

 Able to source/procurement all related labor, material, equipment and other items

related to the job

 Attend various GC and customer meetings.

 Conduct site visits to document existing conditions.

 Develop and monitor construction schedules and change orders

 Maintain and growth customer relationships through successful project

management

 Perform independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

 Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.



Required Skills:

 Hands on commercial roofing experience, must know commercial roofing aspects

 Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive client relations.

 Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail being critical.

 Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions in a timely manner,

considering objectives, risk implications, and costs.

 Must be a self-starter capable of performing independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Commercial Roofing project management experience

- Strong background in construction and cost control

- Experience with drawings and specs

- Knowledge of construction site operations and management

- Understanding of contracts and project management principles
