Bilingual Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am)

• Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and greet clients in both English and Spanish
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist customers with basic inquiries and payments
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents for agents
• Support the office by maintaining an organized reception area and assisting team members as needed
• Provide friendly, professional customer service as the first point of contact for clients

Bilingual Receptionist Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
• Prior customer service or receptionist/admin experience preferred (call center experience is a plus)
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and strong organizational/multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and accurately
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (no specific degree requirement listed)
