• Competence in accurately documenting the initial and ongoing assessment of a patient's nutritional status and progress through chart reviews.
• Skill in overseeing the completion of diet slips three times a week for all patients with special dietary needs.

Description:

The Dietitian collaborates with dietary services to act as a resource to dietary staff. This ensures the delivery of a nutrition care program in accordance with established standards. The role involves accurately identifying patients at nutrition risk. Assessing diet orders based on the patient's age and current condition is essential.
