Line Cook - Earn $23-$30+/Hour (Base Pay + Tips)
Greek Islands Cuisine is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team in Richland, WA (600 Gage Blvd). We offer competitive base pay plus a generous tip pool, with team members typically earning an additional $5-$10+ per hour in tips . This position starts as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. What We Offer- Competitive hourly base pay (based on experience)

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work quickly and accurately during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen is required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
