$50-$55/hour We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability. Position Responsibilities:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies to maximize resident independence
- Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehabilitation team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive leadership and resident-centered care environment
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for additional PRN shifts
