Now hiring for a Electronic Assembler Location: San Diego, CA Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Schedule: 5am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday Parts, Pieces, Paychecks —Time to Assemble Your Future. • Perform all the duties and responsibilities of Assembler.
• Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Cut, strip and crimp cables per schematics requirements.
• Populate panel boards with material / components per schematic layout.
• Wire panel boards per Wiring diagram.
• Operate, print, and attach labels to project per Labeling diagram.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems with builds.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Ensure inventory is aligned with work order specifications.

HS or GED equivalent Experience Requirements Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Safety Toe Shoes, wire harnessing, wiring, electronic assembly Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred. Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial. Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 20-30 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
