You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands‑on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines. A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making a meaningful difference in a child's development.
