Are you ready to take on a leadership role? Domino's Pizza is looking for an assistant manager to help run the show. This is a challenging position that requires natural leadership skills, judgment, math, and multitasking abilities. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures to the letter, expecting the same from your team.

In addition to managing the store, you'll handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. You must be at least 18 years old.

General duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facilities, and more. Training will be provided on the job, and you'll need strong communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers. Essential skills include math proficiency, motor coordination, and the ability to navigate delivery routes. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, and handling tools and equipment.

Driving duties involve delivering pizzas and flyers, requiring a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Physical demands include carrying pizzas and beverages, driving within a designated area, walking between the store and delivery vehicle, and climbing stairs during deliveries. You'll also be exposed to varying weather conditions and need far vision and night vision for driving.
