Personal Banker (Member Service Representative III) Pay Range : $27.02 - $39.18 Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40 What You’ll Be Doing Delivers world‑class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance and provides consultative services regarding credit union products by assessing member needs, addressing concerns and gaining agreement. Processes new memberships, share accounts, savings services, loan requests and loan fundings; performs advanced research on accounts, identifies and corrects account problems, and completes documentation for accounts and loans in accordance with credit union procedures. Has specific knowledge of credit union savings and loan products and services and begins concentration on a specialty area of expertise in branch (savings, consumer, or real estate loans). Maintains cash and negotiable items, acts as a branch liaison to support departments, provides suggestions for streamlining department and credit union operations, and performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Completes documentation for accounts and loans according to credit union procedures, performs file maintenance including processing requests for a change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards, and may take on vault custodian duties as assigned. Provides consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services by assessing member needs, addressing concerns and gaining agreement. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to specific job duties; failure to comply may result in disciplinary and other employment‑related actions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 3‑5 years of prior related experience required. Notary license required. Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
