Our client, PMI is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team. As a Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Production Team supporting Management. The ideal candidate will have Organizational Skills, Communication skills and be Knowledgeable of SOP's which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Coordinator

Pay Range: 20-25 hr

What's the Job?

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to ensure targets and deadlines are met, optimizing workflow among different production lines
• Resource Management: Track and allocate materials, equipment, and workforce to maintain smooth manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime
• Operational Communication: Act as a central point of contact between production supervisors, line operators, procurement, and logistics, ensuring effective information flow
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, update reports on progress, performance metrics, and inventory levels

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple operations simultaneously.
• Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders across departments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with production software or ERP systems.
• Relevant experience for administrative production work
