What you'd actually do

• Run the floor. Touch every station. Make sure the place is ready when the doors open.
• Hire the right people, coach them, and build a team that wants to stay.
• Own the numbers labor, food cost, schedules, P&L.
• Keep the place clean, safe, and inspection-ready every single day.

• 4+ years running casual or fine-dining

• Bachelor's in hospitality is a plus, not a dealbreaker
