Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (cases may extend beyond scheduled end time) | 32 hours per week | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included) | On-call availability required: 2–3 shifts per schedule period (weeknight 11:00 PM–7:00 AM or weekend 12-hour shifts); 30-minute call response time required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a multi-OR surgical center environment supporting a broad range of surgical specialties
• Scrub and/or circulate on orthopedic, cataract, general, GYN, GU, ENT, vascular, spine, and robotic surgery cases
• Scrub DaVinci Robotics cases as required
• Float to an additional facility location as needed
• Respond to on-call assignments within the required 30-minute response time
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong hands-on experience in orthopedic surgery and cataract surgery
• Ability to scrub DaVinci Robotics cases
• Flu vaccine required prior to start date (no personal or religious exemptions accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Spine surgery experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
