This child is recovering and thriving at home with the support of skilled nursing care and a loving family.
Conveniently located near the New YorkConnecticut border, this opportunity is ideal for nurses residing in Westchester County, NY, and nearby communities.
Case Information
Location: Greenwich, CT Patient: 2-year-old pediatric client Clinical Needs: Tracheostomy care and temporary G-tube care Home Environment: Beautiful family home, smoke-free, with no pets Family: Warm, supportive, and welcoming
Available Shifts
- 12-hour day shifts
- 12-hour overnight shifts

Qualifications
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- New York applicants must maintain active LPN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing pediatric trach and G-tube care
- current BLS certification
- authorized to work in the United States
- physical exam completed within the past year
- PPD/QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray completed within the past five years
