Tool & Die Maker – Direct Hire

Experienced Tool & Die Maker
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience building, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining progressive dies and metal stamping tooling. Responsibilities

• Organize, inspect, and prepare raw materials and purchased components for die builds.
• Assemble, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies and tooling.
• Set up and operate machining equipment used to manufacture die components.
• Perform maintenance on dies, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
• Work closely with management to meet production and project deadlines.
• Coordinate support personnel as needed to complete tooling projects.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Maintain a professional and team-oriented work environment.
• Participate in safety programs and quality management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed Tool & Die apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Tool & Die experience.
• Strong experience with progressive dies and close-tolerance tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose tooling issues.
• Experience in metal stamping and die maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
