Blow Mold Operator – $22–$23.50/hr | Weekly Pay | Full‑Time | Monday–Friday

⭐ About the Role

You’ll help run the blow‑mold machines that make plastic milk jugs — keeping equipment clean, making adjustments, and performing simple quality checks. This is an active, fast‑paced job where you’ll stay busy and learn valuable mechanical skills.

️ Your Daily Responsibilities

• Machine operation — Set up, adjust, clean, and operate blow‑mold equipment
• Quality checks — Perform hourly weight checks and record bottle weights
• Machine adjustments — Make heat, weight, and tooling changes to stay within spec
• Line monitoring — Watch the Alpine system, clear jams, and call for material
• Bailer operation — Run the bailer and manage bales when full
• Maintenance support — Report issues and assist maintenance when needed
• Safety & GMP — Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Documentation — Complete logs, paperwork, and keep your area clean

Who Thrives in This Role

• Machine experience — Blow mold, injection mold, or general machine‑operator background
• Mechanical aptitude — Comfortable making adjustments and unclogging lines
• Detail‑oriented — Strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Basic math — Needed for weight checks and machine setup
• Reliable & fast‑paced — Shows up consistently and works well on a busy line

Even if you’ve only worked with machines for a short time, or in related roles like production, assembly, or warehouse equipment operation, you’re encouraged to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00–$23.50/hr (based on experience)
• Weekly pay
• Full‑time, Monday–Friday — weekends off

• Refrigerated production area

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr.
