Inbound Sales Representative

In this individual contributor role, you will play a key part in connecting millions of prospective and current customers to the products and services that power their digital lives.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will work in one of our call centers where you will engage customers via inbound calls, chat messages and email. By utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will identify their needs and present tailored solutions from our suite of products and services, including Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice, guiding them through the purchasing process, to meet your sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Inbound Sales Representatives have the opportunity to build rewarding careers with us while achieving their financial goals. As a member of our team, you'll have the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us. Up to one year of sales experience is required; two or more years of call center sales experience is preferred.
