Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure members receive the freshest items available. You will juggle several tasks while assisting members with bakery orders, working as part of a large team focused on happy, satisfied members. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and be flexible to business needs. Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, operating baking equipment, following recipes, and maintaining food‑safety standards. Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the customer experience, including handheld technology for production decisions. Maintain operational excellence, ensuring work area cleanliness, quality control, and proper packaging of merchandise. Advocate for the department and club by providing high‑quality service and products. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.
