Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care Woodbridge, NJ Overview Private duty nursing with BAYADA involves traveling to one client home to provide hands‑on, skilled nursing care. The role requires assessment, execution of providers’ orders, documentation, and autonomous skill performance in a home setting. Responsibilities Travel to a single client home on a schedule chosen by the nurse. Follow up on, execute, and document doctors’ orders. Perform assessments and continuously monitor clients’ conditions. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in the client’s record. Deliver care with autonomy, ensuring client comfort and safety. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (degree or diploma). Current licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing in the state of New Jersey. Compensation & Schedule Pay up to $35 per hour based on qualifications.
