Southern Classic Chicken is growing, and we're excited to announce the opening of our third Baton Rouge restaurant in late 2026.

We're looking for exceptional leaders at every level of management who want more than a job. We're looking for people who want to develop others, build great teams, and create experiences that keep our guests and team members coming back.

Before joining the opening team, management trainees will complete a comprehensive leadership development program in both our Baton Rouge and Shreveport training restaurants.

This hands-on experience will prepare you to:
  • Lead high-performing teams 
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences 
  • Master restaurant operations 
  • Develop future leaders 
  • Build a culture our team members are proud to be part of 
Applicants must be willing to train in both Baton Rouge and Shreveport before the new restaurant opens.
