As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our patients and residents by providing exceptional laundry services. Responsibilities: Wash, dry, and iron patient and resident clothing, linens, and bedding in a timely and efficient manner Sort and categorize laundry items according to fabric type, color, and special handling requirements Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines Fold, hang, and package laundry items for distribution to patients and residents Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, including storage rooms, laundry rooms, and supply closets Follow proper infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management About the Role: As a Laundry Aide at RegalCare at Lowell, you will be part of a dynamic and caring team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents.
