What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Pediatrician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Collaborative Team Care: Join an established team of 4 other physicians in a physician-driven practice dedicated to high-quality care.
• Balanced Clinical Setting: Manage a mixed care setting encompassing outpatient clinic hours alongside inpatient newborn rounding.
• Manageable Patient Volumes: Deliver comprehensive care while seeing an average of 18-21 patients per day.
• Predictable Schedule: Experience balanced lifestyle integration with part-time hours consisting of 26 patient contact hours and minimal shared call.
• Drive Clinical Excellence: Enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes by utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making within a practice consistently achieving a net promoter score over 90%.
• Cultivate the Next Generation: Foster medical education by mentoring mid-level clinicians and medical students from the Indiana University School of Medicine, University of Southern Indiana, and University of Evansville.
• Operational Collaboration: Actively participate in shaping, creating, and improving office policies and procedures to optimize the delivery of care.
• Mission-Centered Advocacy: Serve as a community advocate and partner, championing leadership and ABIDE principles while complying with Ethical and Religious Directives.
• Employed Position Requirements: Secure an employed position with AMG Contract terms requiring MD/DO licensure level and Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) status.

Peyton Manning Children's Hospital Evansville - Virginia Street is a highly ranked clinic located in Evansville, Indiana, functioning in alignment with the broader regional network. Locally, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville features a Level 2 Trauma center specializing in medical-surgical care, maternity, and high-risk pregnancy services. What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
