At TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional care in a supportive, patient-centered environment, supported by 15 inpatient beds, 30 pre-op and post-op care beds, 9 operating rooms, and 4 freestanding breast centers. Our advanced technology enables surgeons to perform a wide range of procedures across multiple specialties, including Bariatric Surgery, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spine, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, and Ophthalmology. Part-Time PACU Registered Nurse at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital 3 days a week; M-W-F The PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition to ensure safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. This role includes: Providing comprehensive patient care to individuals emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation. Performing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for both patients and families in preparation for discharge. Assisting physicians as needed with tasks in the procedure rooms, including conscious sedation and utilizing sterile techniques as appropriate.
