The Multidisciplinary Integrated Systems Department (MISD) supports Raytheon by providing world class technical expertise and engineering leadership to drive the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense Systems, Sensors, and Effectors. We lead all aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support Raytheon’s Land and Air Defense Systems business area from our Huntsville, AL location. Our Systems Engineers solve technical challenges at the System of System (SoS), System, Subsystem, and Component levels. Key technical domains include: Architecture, Requirements, Interface Definition, Modeling & Simulation, Radar Systems, Effector Systems, Battle Management, Command and Control, Communications, Network Design, and Battlespace Integration and Interoperability for Domestic and International customers.What You Will DoYou will perform Systems Engineering activities for one or more of our key technical domain areas on one of our many programs as an individual contributor. Potential programs include: Patriot, Air and Missile Defense Capability (AMDC), Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and other sensor or effector programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
