Position Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to final sale. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain financing, warranties, and additional services
• Maintain follow-up communication with customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Valid drivers license (required)
