A facility near Ozona, Texas is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their team! Open to new graduates training provided!

Starting Pay: $41.00+ / hour Experience factors into pay scale

$5,000 Retention Bonus + $2,500 Relocation Assistance!

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance up to $40,000
• Flexible day schedule: choose between (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts
• Inpatient and Outpatient settings available
• Supportive and experienced therapy leadership and administration team

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians to design effective therapy plans tailored to each patient s unique needs
• Encourage and support patients through customized exercises and the safe use of mobility aids and prosthetic devices
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Adjust therapy strategies as needed to promote the best possible recovery and independence

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Accredited Physical Therapy degree required
• Active or eligible Texas PT license
• Additional certifications (Lymphedema, Neurology, Pelvic Health) are a plus
• Open to new grads with training support available
