Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and client needs.

  • Effectively manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse client requirements.

  • Document and maintain accurate records including treatment plans, progress notes, and ongoing assessments in compliance with Huckeye’s protocols.

  • Collaborate with case managers, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

  • Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions that inspire clients to achieve and exceed their personal and mental health goals.

  • Foster a positive client experience through exceptional service and empathetic engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will serve a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly those experiencing stressors related to addiction recovery. The therapist will be prepared to engage with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique situations and challenges. Comfort and experience with a diverse client population are essential in this role.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  • Must possess an active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • \n
  • Proficiency in the principles of family therapy, robust knowledge of community resources, and familiarity with mental health documentation practices are essential.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to establish proper boundaries and rapport with clients.

  • Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, contingent on qualifications and experience. Huckeye Health Recovery Center offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
