Job Description
Title: Labor & Delivery RN

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience
- Travel experience required
- Epic charting experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
- Preferred: ACLS

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in labor and delivery settings, including antepartum and postpartum care.
- Attend deliveries and assist in circulating for C-sections and OB-GYN surgeries.
- Monitor fetal heart patterns and administer epidural and PCA medications as needed.
- Perform triage assessments for obstetric patients and manage medical therapies such as insulin drips and magnesium sulfate.
- Support couplet care and transition nursery processes.

Compliance / Notes:
- References: 2 required covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
- Pre-start modules must be completed before start; approximate 16 hours (completed annually).
