Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 6 Days Per Week | 12-Hour Shifts
Job Description
Xpand Staffing is currently hiring 30 Warehouse Production Associates to work in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing facility .
⚠️ Important: This position requires working in extremely hot conditions due to industrial baking ovens. Candidates must be comfortable working in high temperatures throughout their shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with bakery production and packaging
- Load, unload, and move products throughout the production line
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates are preferred
✅ Must be able to stand and work 12-hour shifts
✅ Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
✅ Reliable transportation required
✅ Must be available to work 6 days per week , including overtime when needed
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
