Overview Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America focused on healthy hydration. We are currently seeking a District Operations Manager based in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes managing the operations team, improving productivity, and ensuring safety compliance. Reporting Location: Las Vegas, NV. Schedule: Monday – Friday; weekends may vary. Hours may shift from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM as needed. Pay Range: $89,570 – $97,403 annually. Annual bonus eligibility. Benefits: Health benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, FSA, HSA. Responsibilities Uphold frontline employee safety through adherence to safety policies and implementation of improvement opportunities. Execute brand and operational standards for all branch processes related to customer service, fulfillment, and safety. Oversee direct reports: hiring, retention, addressing attendance/conduct/performance issues. Collaborate with peers, general managers and regional operations manager to share best practices including upselling and customer acquisition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years in a District Manager‑level role or equivalent leadership position. At least 2 years of experience in customer service and operations, preferably within logistics, delivery or field service. Strong English language skills for communication and customer service.
