We are looking for motivated and energetic physical therapists, with multiple years of experience or recent graduates, to join our dynamic team as full-time clinicians. Our clinics provide a positive, fast paced, and fulfilling environment; where you can develop your skills and grow as a practicing clinician. Our therapists enjoy use of private treatment rooms and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Care is hands-on and our therapists work directly with their patients. At Excel, you will treat a wide variety of diagnoses with an emphasis on sports injuries and a high volume of post-operative cases. Physical Therapists' Benefits:

- Must be licensed, or in the process of obtaining your licensed through the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
- Must be available for a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, with some morning and 2 evening shifts.
- Someone who is motivated to grow as a clinician and develop their skills while collaborating with other skilled therapists
- A TEAM PLAYER and some one interested in working toward our goal of providing the best care around!
New graduates will receive 1 on 1 mentoring with a senior therapist for the first 90 days.
