Overview
Physical Therapist – travel assignment in Clearlake, California. Start date 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,340–$2,453 per week. Shift: Days, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Setting: inpatient rehabilitation/inpatient care environment. This temporary travel position is represented by RCHEA.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in line with APTA standards for disabilities, injuries, and diseases to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize functional recovery.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to infection control practices, and compliance with applicable policies.

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in California (or eligible for licensure in California)
- Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Travel experience or openness to travel is a plus
