Housekeeping/Laundry Aide

Position Summary Elevate Care is seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors while ensuring laundry services are completed efficiently and according to facility standards. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident linens and facility laundry Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, laundry areas, and storage rooms Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times Properly handle cleaning chemicals and laundry supplies Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility Respond promptly to housekeeping and laundry requests Assist with maintaining adequate linen and supply inventory Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive environment Qualifications Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in healthcare or long‑term care preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
