Smarter Agent is a leading real estate software platform. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. Responsibilities Be the first contact point for customer inquiries via Zendesk tickets, email, and phone. Resolve issues and provide Tier 1 support; collaborate with technical teams for Tier 2 issues. Maintain product knowledge and provide training to larger customers. Work cross‑functionally with account and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems. Participate in quality testing and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Tech‑savvy with strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities. Experience with project management or quality assurance is a plus.
