Facilitateclient screenings by phone and in-person to assess eligibility and service needs. Respond to referrals promptly and accurately document information in designated systems. Maintainprogram census and waiting listsin accordance withapplicable service standards and requirements. Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with referral sources, clients, and team members. Complete admission documentation including releases of information, residency verification, financial information, and other required records. Collaborate with Care Managers to obtain and verify insurance information. Enter andmaintainaccurateclient data within required databases and timelines. Coordinate with billing personnel to ensure admissions, transfers, and discharges are processed accurately andtimely. Provide administrative support to clinical staff through preparation of letters, forms, and related documentation. Assistwith chart reviews, filing, record organization, and maintenance of client files. Correct documentation deficiencies within establishedtimeframes. Supportadditionaldepartmental and organizationalinitiatives asassigned by leadership. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Additional Qualifications: Current valid driver's license in state of residence with an acceptable driving record. Current automobile insurance as required by law. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Basic computerproficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of confidentiality requirements related to behavioral health and substance use treatment services. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Successful completion of background screenings, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks. Must obtain First Aid certification within three (3) months of employment andmaintaincertification thereafter. Must obtain CPR certification within three (3) months of employment andmaintaincertification thereafter. Must complete required Behavioral Management training within thirty (30) days of employment or at the first available class following hire. Physical Requirements Perform sedentary work involving exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible forcefrequentlyto move or handle objects. Sit for extended periods throughout the workday. Occasionally stand and walk as needed to perform job duties. Perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing, data entry, and written documentation. Maintainthe physical ability tooperatestandard office equipment and computer systems.
