Channel Sales Associate - CPA

Overview Consult with America’s businesses, leveraging Paychex key referral channels and partnerships to educate stakeholders on our services and provide consultative solutions to increase market share and drive revenue. Responsibilities Achieve unit and revenue expectations. Manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts. Collaborate with key referral sources (accountants, banks, existing Paychex clients) to secure referrals to end‑user sales. Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new channel accounts via telephone, targeted email campaigns, and corporate marketing programs. Leverage the Go‑to‑Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers, in person or virtually. Develop sales skills and maintain comprehensive understanding of Paychex products, staying current with new initiatives, services, industry trends, and customer insights. Collect, complete, and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined SLA guidelines. Address and, if required, escalate client concerns to Service Partners and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Travel as needed to visit channel partners, attend sales incentive trips, training, and area meetings. Uphold and demonstrate Paychex Values in every interaction. Complete onboarding training curriculum as directed. Qualifications High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant sales or marketing capacity. Compensation The compensation range for this position is typically $55,000 – $85,000, including base pay and commissions.
