We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner FNP to join our outpatient-only, patient-centered medical home team. This is a full-time position with a supportive, team-based care model providing accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated family medicine services in a culturally competent environment.

Position Highlights:

• FNP Only No new graduates
• Outpatient Only No inpatient or call
• Full Time Schedule
• Collaborative team-based primary care setting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $120,000 $150,000 (based on experience)
