Patient Billing & Accounts Specialist — Behavioral Health

Life Center of Galax-Hillsville is seeking a Patient Account Representative to manage calls and status outstanding claims with third party payors. You will review explanations of benefits, rebill when needed, and attach supporting documentation to adjustments. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain 30–40 accounts daily while coordinating with financial counselors.
