RN - Home Health Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year Home Health Nursing experience required License: Driver's License and proof of Insurance required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Homecare Homebase EMR experience required Description:The position involves making home visits throughout a designated area.Travelers must be comfortable with driving an average of 60-80 miles per day.Teammates are required to complete six visits a day, including routine visits, discharge, reassessment, and recertification.The patient population includes individuals with chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapy, and pleurx catheters.Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is mandatory.Skills in IV therapy, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS, and case management are essential.Department support includes leadership, scheduling, clinical management, and supervision.Technology provided includes a phone for documentation and a view-only access to EPIC Rover.Work schedule includes no weekend rotation unless the traveler opts for weekend work.Travelers are expected to work on holidays unless prior approval is given.Cancellation of appointments does not count toward required visits.The team operates in a collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
