This includes supporting initiatives that drive direct to consumer revenue while also assisting with digital and offline marketing programs that generate new provider and referral leads.This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys working across eCommerce, digital marketing, content, and brand storytelling in a fast-growing environment.The Digital Marketing Associate will contribute across eCommerce, paid media, social media, email marketing, content creation, affiliate partnerships, provider marketing, and website optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesD2C Growth & eCommerceSupport tracking and reporting against revenue and performance goals for Anodyne's direct to consumer businessAssist with day to day management of the eCommerce website, including merchandising, content updates, SEO, and UX improvementsHelp support website testing and optimization initiatives focused on conversion and customer experienceAssist in improving the customer journey from acquisition through retentionPaid Media & Acquisition MarketingMonitor and generate reports for paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other digital platformsHelp consolidate reporting into unified dashboards and performance summariesAssist with affiliate marketing and customer acquisition initiativesSupport testing of new advertising channels and campaign opportunitiesBrand, Content & StorytellingSupport Anodyne's consumer facing and provider facing brand presence across digital channelsCoordinate and project manage creative assets including copywriting, photography, video, email, and social contentAssist with blog, educational, and SEO focused content updatesHelp ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all platformsEmail, SMS & Lifecycle MarketingAssist with development and execution of email and SMS campaigns for consumers and providersSupport automated lifecycle marketing flows including welcome, cart abandonment, reorder reminders, and provider education campaignsHelp manage CRM segmentation, campaign scheduling, and reportingB2B Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationSupport provider focused landing pages and digital campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and referral partnersAssist with provider email outreach, educational campaigns, and re engagement effortsHelp coordinate development of provider facing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, and presentationsSupport digital lead generation initiatives designed to capture and qualify new provider leadsQualifications2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, growth marketing, or related rolesFamiliarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital reportingStrong copywriting and communication skillsInterest in content creation, storytelling, and brand marketingExperience working with consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, xhyhwjd footwear, or lifestyle products is a plusData driven mindset with strong attention to detailSkills & CompetenciesDigital marketing and campaign coordinationConsumer acquisition and retention supportPaid advertising platforms including Google, Bing, and MetaEmail and SMS marketingCopywriting and content coordinationAnalytics and performance reportingOrganization and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentStrong collaboration and communication skillsPreferred Platforms & ToolsShopify or other eCommerce platformsGA4 and Google Tag ManagerKlaviyo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/email platformsMeta Ads Manager and Google AdsMicrosoft Excel or Google SheetsCanva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to help scale a rapidly growing direct to consumer brand within the healthcare and comfort footwear spaceCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environment with growth opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company match
