Account Associate

As an Account Associate for Chad Babcock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• I am a proud graduate of Viterbo University.
• We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
