Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or RN Injector - Aesthetic & Wellness Medicine

Sylvania, OH (serving Toledo, Maumee, Perrysburg, Holland, Bowling Green, Monroe MI, and surrounding areas) Part-Time · Monday–Friday (with potential Full-Time opportunities).

NP/PA: $50/hour base, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives
Skilled RN Injector: $40/hour base, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a confident, clinically excellent injector ready to build a loyal patient panel, grow into wellness medicine (hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides), and grow their income and career alongside a practice built for it.

We're a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice with locations across Ohio and Michigan, known for delivering visible, high-quality results in a polished, welcoming environment. Compensation & Benefits

• $50/hour (NP/PA) or $40/hour (Skilled RN), based on experience

What You'll Do

• Perform injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and related neuromodulator/filler services)

• Conduct consultations and build individualized treatment plans with clinical confidence

• Deliver advanced services such as microneedling, IV therapy, and laser/IPL treatments

• Build long-term, trust-based patient relationships through education, follow-up, and consistent results

• Learn and implement wellness offerings - hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides, and related treatments - within your scope

• Partner with the practice's leadership to help shape service growth and represent the brand in the community

Who We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments

• Confident guiding patients from consultation to treatment plan, with a genuine focus on outcomes and retention - not just volume

• Motivated to build and retain a personal patient base over time

• Comfortable with a visible professional presence supporting the practice's brand

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance clinical environment

• Wellness experience is a plus; genuine willingness to learn hormone and weight-management protocols is required

Qualifications

• Active NP, PA, or RN license in Ohio

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience

• DEA registration, or ability to obtain one before start [if the role involves prescribing wellness/hormone therapies]

• Strong consultation and communication skills, with a track record of natural, high-quality patient results

• Interest in or experience with wellness services (hormone therapy, weight management, peptides) is a plus; willingness to learn is required
