Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy Degree from an Accredited University
• Prefer experience in Home health and Outpatient settings.
• Current or eligible Iowa Physical Therapy license
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction, enhancing physical and functional abilities
• Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function, wellness, fitness, and quality of life related to movement and health
• Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities resulting from various conditions or injuries
