Do you love working with fresh ingredients and creating great food in a fast-paced kitchen? Are you someone who stays calm under pressure, works well with a team, and takes pride in every plate that leaves the line? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Cook and/or Line Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-energy environment and wants to grow their skills while helping deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests — all while working under an award-winning Executive Chef.

What You’ll Do
Prepare ingredients for service, including washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, proteins, and other items 

• Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift 
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service 
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures 
• Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed 

What We’re Looking For
Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred, but not required 

• Confidence working in a busy kitchen environment 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak service times 
• Basic math skills for measuring, portioning, and following recipes 
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
