Kitchen Shift Lead – Chick‑fil‑A Hardin Valley We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Kitchen Shift Lead to join our team at Chick‑fil‑A Hardin Valley. Your Impact Deliver operational excellence, working through all areas of FOH and BOH to ensure remarkable food quality. Build high‑performance teams, identify and coach team members on shift. Manage a team of 15‑25+, create an inspiring vision, coach and hold people accountable to high standards. Increase profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and manage lean inventory systems. Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety. Increase overall restaurant results, working cross‑functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high‑level collaborative goals. Qualifications 1+ year of previous leadership experience (required). Open availability (highly preferred). Ability to close 4 nights per week (required). Previous Chick‑fil‑A experience (preferred).
