Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community among clients and address common mental health challenges. \n
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate integrated and comprehensive patient care. \n
- Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely assistance and support. \n
- Educate patients on mental health awareness, treatment options, community resources, and personal coping strategies. \n
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records as required, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and foster a learning environment. \n
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy and integrate new research findings into practice. \n
As a mental health therapist at Progressive Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Valid licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required. \n
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches. \n
- Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans. \n
- Ability to provide individual and group therapy with a commitment to diversity and client empowerment. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on relational dynamics in therapeutic settings. \n

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical mental health environment. \n
- Experience delivering telehealth services and utilizing digital platforms for therapy. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
