We're growing and looking for a top-performing Service Advisor who wants more than just another job.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This position is NOT for someone new to the industry.
Our ideal candidate:

• Has proven Service Advisor experience
• Is strong in sales and closing
• Is comfortable presenting and selling needed repairs and maintenance
• Follows processes consistently — this is critical
• Understands the importance of KPIs, sales goals, and accountability
• Communicates professionally and confidently with customers
• Can manage multiple customers and repair orders without losing attention to detail
• Works well with technicians and the rest of the service team
• Is motivated by performance-based compensation
• Wants to grow professionally and financially

European automotive experience with Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Land Rover/Jaguar, or Maserati is highly valued.
