Location: UCHealth Family Medical Center - Ft Collins, CO Department: PVH FMC Freestanding Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $19.10 - $24.83 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Onsite Summary Collects and processes blood specimens for testing in the laboratory. Responsibilities Collect blood specimens using age‑appropriate techniques. Label, process, and deliver specimens for testing. Maintain supplies and equipment. Perform additional tasks as necessary or assigned (clerical functions, registration, lab processing, send‑out testing, point of care testing, EKG, pacemaker interrogation, pathology lab assistance, bone marrow assistance, apheresis, or therapeutic phlebotomy). Apply critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements High School diploma or GED. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program. BLS or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) with card valid for 60 days from hire date.
