Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Meeker, Colorado. This role is crucial for providing direct patient care and support to our long-term care residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with safe resident mobility and transfers, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Monitor and accurately report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and intake/output to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Compliance with state-mandated COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
