Our bakery at 2216 General Booth Boulevard is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver a strong guest experience while directly supporting the bakery's General Manager. What You’ll Do Support daily operations across FOH, BOH, and community events Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Ensure a high‑quality guest experience and strong team culture Assist with scheduling, training, and shift execution Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product quality Manage labor, inventory, and waste to meet business goals Support events, marketing, and community engagement efforts Ensure accurate cash handling and follow operational procedures What We Offer Full‑time role (35+ hours/week) Flexible days off Benefits starting at just 90 days, including Vacation time and PTO 50% Employee cake discount No late nights or early mornings - our store closes by 8pm What We Require Flexible weekend availability is mandatory - we are a holiday and event based business Stellar reliability - our team is small and reliability is a must Strong leadership presence Ability to thrive in both a fast‑paced environment and a slow environment Confidence to candidly coach and hold a team accountable Previous leadership or management experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Apply today to grow your career and help bring the joy to our community!
