Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing or assisting with commercial construction projects Strong background in budgeting, estimating, and project scheduling Proven ability to coordinate resources—people, tools, and timelines—to meet deadlines and deliver top-quality results Self-starter with a proactive mindset and leadership skills Excellent relationship-building with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
